We recommend allowing at least 24-36 hours from the time of receiving the email update for tracking activity to show on the courier's website.
You can view the status of your purchase via the 'Track My Order' feature on the website using your order number and email address.
Alternatively, the dispatch information will be updated in your MyDeal account once the item has been dispatched so please kindly log in to your MyDeal account to check this closer to the estimated delivery period.
Once activity is showing on the tracking website we would recommend for you to call the courier company directly if you would like a more accurate delivery estimate. The courier will have the most up-to-date information on your delivery schedule and they may be able to assist you with any specific delivery requests.
