Products are shipped by various carriers with different policies and services therefore unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the carrier will call you prior to delivery.
However upon dispatch you will receive an email update with a link where you can check your tracking details online. We recommend allowing at least 24-36 hours from the time of receiving the email update for tracking activity to show on the courier's website.
Once activity is showing on the tracking website we would recommend for you to call the courier company directly if you would like a more accurate delivery estimate. The courier will have the most up-to-date information on your delivery schedule and they may be able to assist you with any specific delivery requests.
