You can view and access your tracking information by:
1. Logging into your MyDeal Account and going to the My Purchases page
- Your tracking number and the courier name will be updated next to each item upon dispatch.
- Once tracking is available you can check the progress of your delivery by tracking your order on the courier's website or calling the courier directly. The courier will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information on your delivery.
- If tracking is not available, your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, or you require assistance please contact us by selecting the 'Need Help' button next to the order item to submit an enquiry.
2. Going to the Track My Order page
- Here you can enter your order or receipt number and the email address used at the time of purchase to look up the tracking for your order or receipt.
- If you are logged into your MyDeal Account you will be redirected to the My Purchases and can view your tracking as mentioned above.
