It may be possible that your item has been packaged within multiple boxes, i.e. bed frames. Therefore, it does occasionally occur that one parcel may arrive ahead of the other.
Different products may also be dispatched from different Seller warehouses from around Australia, therefore it is possible that items within your order may arrive in separate deliveries – so please don’t worry!
We recommend that you log in and check the estimated delivery times for each product listed in the My Purchases page of your account. Some items may have a longer estimated delivery times than others. If you have completed the above steps, and some time has passed since the estimated arrival, please contact us by logging into your MyDeal Account, going to the My Purchases page and selecting the 'Need Help' button next to the order item so we may investigate the matter further.
