We are always disappointed to hear when the goods purchased are not suitable, however as per our Terms and Conditions, our Sellers are unable to accept returns due to an error made on your order or that that may be considered a change of mind. A change of mind may include, but is not limited to, instances when the wrong colour, size or product has been selected, or due to personal preference on quality or unsuitability. However, as your satisfaction is important to us, we are happy to review any change of mind return requests on a case by case basis for a MyDeal Store Credit Note. If you can kindly look through the list below and ensure that all the criteria are met:
- The item must be in brand new condition
- Is the item still wrapped with any tags still attached?
- Is the item still in the original packaging as received?
- If applicable, are all the original contents and manual included?
If the above criteria is met, please contact us by logging into your MyDeal Account, going to the My Purchases page and selecting the 'Need Help' button next to the order item you would like to return for a Credit Note.
