In the event that your item arrives damaged or faulty we ask that you contact us as soon as possible by logging into your MyDeal Account, going to the My Purchases page and selecting the 'Need Help' button next to the order item.
To help us expedite a solution we ask that when you submit your enquiry online please ensure to attach clear photos displaying the damage or fault. (Note: In some cases, such as electronic faults, a short video may be requested to help demonstrate the fault). Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how best to resolve the issue with minimum inconvenience to you.
Please note: It is our policy to provide replacements parts as the primary solution as it is our first priority to rectify the issue so that you receive your item as ordered.
