As a first step we ask that you double check the packaging and the product for any compartments including zipped sections in case the parts are inside. If the parts are still nowhere to be found then please contact us by logging into your MyDeal Account, going to the My Purchases page and selecting the 'Need Help' button next to the order item.
To help us expedite a solution we ask that when you submit your enquiry online you also include clear photos of the parts you have received, as well as a photo of the delivery label and packaging. If the product has a manual please also include a photo of the parts page with the missing parts highlighted.
It is our policy to provide replacements parts as the primary solution as it is our first priority to rectify the issue so that you receive your item as ordered.
