All MyDeal orders will be delivered during business hours between 9AM-5.30PM Monday-Friday. We recommend submitting a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel if required.
Please also note that if you order multiple items the deliveries may arrive separately and be shipped by multiple carriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations. Unfortunately, carriers are not able to accept specific delivery time requests, however for medium to large items you may like to try calling the carrier directly once tracking has been provided as they may be able to provide you with a better estimate on your delivery.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate any additional delivery requests including, but not limited to, express shipping, selection of a specific delivery date or time, weekend deliveries, reserving or holding stock, combined shipping of multiple orders or items in an order if they are dispatched from more than one location.
