Once a credit is issued you will receive an email notification to let you know that credit has been added to your MyDeal account. To redeem your credit at the checkout first ensure you are logged into your MyDeal account. Once logged in your available credit will be automatically applied to the purchase.
You can check your available credit balance and the expiry dates at any time by going to the MyMoney Wallet section in your account.
Please Note: Credit notes are non-transferable and will only be made available for redemption via logging into the account under the email address used at the time of purchase. If your credit does not appear on your account, please contact us here.
