This email confirms that we have received your enquiry and will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have not received this automated response then we recommend for you to check your spam folders as it may have been misdirected.
If there is no sign of a confirmation then it is possible we have not received your enquiry and you may need to send it again. If however you have received the confirmation or an agent is already working on your enquiry then we ask that you do not submit multiple support tickets as this may delay the resolution time.
