As a first step we ask that you please check all junk/spam folders in case these emails are not directly received into your inbox.
Unfortunately Microsoft email clients including Hotmail, Live and Outlook regularly miscategorise our important purchase and password emails as spam therefore please ensure to add firstname.lastname@example.org
to your safe senders list in your email account to prevent this.
