As MyDeal.com.au is a marketplace, we would like to advise you that we are required to check with the seller to confirm if your order has been dispatched yet and whether we can amend this for you.
The tracking reference details may be added up to 48 hours post dispatch, therefore we do kindly ask customers to please consider that some orders currently set as 'Pending' or 'On Hold' may have left the warehouse. Our Sellers process orders very quickly in order to ensure that your purchase will reach you as soon as possible, therefore we may not be able to cancel your order.
In order for the seller to successfully cancel your order prior to sending it out, we kindly request that you log into your MyDeal Account and follow the steps below:
1. Log into your MyDeal Account
2. Select your My Purchases page
3. Locate the relevant order number that you would like to cancel and select the 'Need Help' button
4. Select 'No' that your order has not arrived, select the 'Amend my order' enquiry type and submit a Cancellation request
