If you are waiting on your order to be dispatched, we'll send you an email update as soon as they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, you can check the most up-to-date delivery status by going to the courier's website and looking up your tracking number.

- Click on ‘My Purchases’
- Your tracking number and the courier name will be updated next to each item once the seller has dispatched the item!
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us by selecting the 'Need Help' button next to the order item to submit an enquiry.

- Enter your order or receipt number
- Enter your email address used at the time of purchase
