If you are waiting on your order to be dispatched, we'll send you an email update as soon as they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, you can check the most up-to-date delivery status by going to the courier's website and looking up your tracking number.

You can also access your dispatch and tracking information via your MyDeal Account and the Track My Order Page.

My Purchases page

1. Log into your MyDeal Account
2. Click on ‘My Purchases'
3. Your tracking number and the courier name will be updated next to each item once the seller has dispatched the item!

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us by selecting the 'Need Help' button next to the ordered item to submit an enquiry.

Track My Order page

1. Go to the Track My Order page
2. Enter your order or receipt number
3. Enter your email address used at the time of purchase

Note: If you are logged into your MyDeal Account you will be redirected to your 'My Purchases' and can view your tracking as mentioned above. If you would like to create a MyDeal Account, click HERE.
