Our Sellers process orders very quickly in order to ensure that your purchase will reach you as soon as possible, therefore we may not be able to cancel your order.
We kindly request that you contact us on each order that requires cancellation promptly, in order for the Seller to confirm if they can successfully cancel your order prior to sending it out. Cancellations are not guaranteed.
- Tracking details may be added up to 48 hours post dispatch; please keep in mind that some orders currently set as 'Pending' or 'On Hold' may have left the Seller's warehouse.
- Changes cannot be made to orders that have been dispatched.
