All MyDeal coupons have minimum spends which will need to be met before the code is able to be applied to your order.
MyDeal has two types of coupons available;
- Merchant Store Coupons, where a single seller offers you a discount on their items only.
- Sitewide coupons that can be used on all items in your cart as long as the Terms & Conditions are met.
If you placed an order using any coupon and an item is returned or refunded, a portion of the coupon may be removed from your refund.
If you have used a Merchant Store Coupons, then the coupon will only be taken from the refund if that order is affected.
Some coupons will not be re-issued once your order has been refunded.
The refund amount will be outlined in your email notification.
Example of how your refund may be affected while using coupons:
4 x Items at $25 each = $100 Total Purchase Amount
25% Coupon Applied = $25 Discount
Total amount paid = $75
3x Items Returned = $75
Acutal refund amount = $56.25
Coupons will be accounted for in all refunds to ensure that the accurate amount is paid for all units.
If you have purchased 4 units and the seller is required to refund you for 3 units. To ensure that the same offer is still applied to your order a refund of $56.25 will be received for the refund of 3 units as you used a 25% coupon.
This will mean that you are still receiving the same 25% for the final unit that was not returned.
