I have questions about a product

To learn more about a product, you can submit a product enquiry to the Seller through the product page. To do so, follow these steps:

• Go to the product page of the item you are interested in.
• Scroll down the page to the "Specifications" section and click on the link for "Have a question about this product? Click here."
• Fill out the form with your question and submit it.

The Seller will get back to you within two business days to provide you with the information you need.

Am I able to reserve stock?

As MyDeal is an online marketplace our Seller's prices and stock does change regularly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold or reserve stock for items. 

We recommend that you make your purchase as soon as possible to avoid missing out!
