Do you offer express shipping?
Unfortunately, our Sellers are not able to offer express shipping at this time.
If your order is time sensitive, we recommend submitting an enquiry prior to purchase so that the Seller can advise you of an estimated date for delivery.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Please check the delivery tab on individual product listings to see if the item can be delivered to a PO Box.
Please note that some products are too bulky to be delivered to a PO Box address, and as products are shipped by a variety of couriers, they may require a signature upon delivery.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
All MyDeal orders will be delivered during business hours between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
When your order has been dispatched by the Seller you will receive an email update with a link where you can check your tracking details online.
You may try calling the courier directly once dispatch and tracking information has been provided as they may be able to provide you with a better estimate on your delivery.
Why is my postcode not working?
If you have entered and selected your postcode and suburb using the shipping calculator and it is showing as 'invalid', please follow the steps below to contact us:
- Go to the product page of the item you'd like to enquire about.
- Scroll down the page and below the 'Specifications' click on the link for "Have a question about this product? Click here".
- Fill in the form to submit your 'Invalid Postcode error' enquiry and the team will get back to you within two business days.
Can I pick up my order?
Our Sellers' products are available for delivery only; we do not offer a pickup facility.
Do you deliver upstairs / up an elevator?
Due to Australian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, we are only able to guarantee delivery to the ground floor. This includes but is not limited to, steps that are immediately outside the premises which must be climbed to gain access to the property.
We kindly ask that you arrange people who can accept delivery.
As our Sellers use a range of couriers, each courier maintains their own policies on delivery.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, items available on MyDeal can only be shipped to addresses within Australia. Delivery to overseas/international addresses is not possible at this time.
Please ensure that you enter an Australian billing and shipping address during checkout.
What is limited free shipping?
Limited free shipping applies to specific products when one or more postcodes do not require shipping costs. For example, free shipping may only apply to metro areas or specific suburbs.
To check if your postcode qualifies for free shipping, please enter your postcode into the shipping calculator on the product page.
Can I schedule a time/day for delivery?
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery days.
