• How to link your Everyday Rewards Card

If you don’t have a MyDeal account:

1. 1. Create a MyDeal account here.
   2. Once logged in, head to My Account
   3. Click “Link your Everyday Rewards Card”
   4. A pop up will appear, enter your details and click “Login”
   5. You will receive a One Time Code sent to either your phone or email associated with your Everyday Rewards account. Enter this into the “verification” field

If you already have an account:

1. 1. Log into MyDeal and head to My Account
   2. Click “Link your Everyday Rewards Card”
   3. Click “Link Card”
   4. A pop up will appear, enter your details and click “Login”
   5. You will receive a One Time Code sent to either your phone or email associated with your Everyday Rewards account. Enter this into the “verification” field

If you are unable to log in with your details, please get in touch with the Everyday Rewards support team.

• How to unlink your Everyday Rewards Card

By unlinking your account, you will no longer collect Everyday Rewards points on your eligible MyDeal purchases.

1. 1. Log in to MyDeal and head to ‘My Account’
   2. Click the ‘Unlink my card’ button under the Everyday Rewards Card
   3. A pop-up will appear to confirm your unlinking decision
   4. Once unlinked, you will receive a confirmation email associated with your MyDeal account

• How Everyday Rewards points are calculated?

You will receive 1 point for every dollar spent.

To be eligible you will need:

• • To have a MyDeal account (if you do not have a MyDeal account you can sign up here.)
  • Be an Everyday Rewards member (if you are not an Everyday Rewards member, you can register here.)
  • Link your Everyday Rewards card to your MyDeal account (for instructions please see above)
  • Users must be logged into their MyDeal account at the time of checkout and have their Everyday Rewards card linked at the time of checkout as well as at the time of points release (72 hours from the transaction)

Please note that there are some exclusions for earning reward points:

• • Gift cards
  • Shipping costs
  • Alcohol/Tobacco
  • MyDeal Vouchers/Coupons
  • Past orders
  • Orders that are canceled

Points cannot be collected on amounts additional to the original purchase price of a product for change of mind, exchange, or substitution orders not completed directly through the mydeal.com.au shopping cart. 

Points will be collected after the coupon discount but before Credit Notes and Gift Cards are applied.

Points will be awarded on the final amount that is paid.

Also, points can take up to 7 business days to appear on your MyDeal account.

• How do I collect points?

You'll collect a minimum of 1 point for every^ dollar you spend on MyDeal. 

To link your card on MyDeal simply:

   3. Click 'Link card'
   4. Register your card by entering the 13-digit number on the back
   5. Follow the prompts to log into your Everyday Rewards account

• How can I collect Everyday Rewards points with MyDeal?

You'll need to create a MyDeal account and link your registered Everyday Rewards account to start collecting Everyday Rewards points on eligible purchases. 

If you have an existing MyDeal account, log in and link your registered Everyday Rewards account in your ‘My Account’ page. Your accounts must remain linked in order to collect Everyday Rewards points.

• Can I enjoy my Everyday Rewards dollars at MyDeal?

Yes, if your Rewards choice is money off your shopping and depending on what your Everyday Rewards points balance is, you can enjoy your Everyday Rewards dollars in increments of $10 off in checkout on MyDeal. Excludes some products.

• Which MyDeal products are not eligible to enjoy rewards dollars on?

You won’t be able to use your Everyday Rewards dollars on gift cards, liquor products and smoking products.

• When will I get my points?

Your points will be automatically loaded onto your Everyday Rewards card within 7 business days after you complete your qualifying purchase. If a product qualifies for bonus points, these points may take up to 7 business days to load onto your Everyday Rewards card.

• I did not receive my Everyday Rewards Points / My Everyday Rewards points are incorrect

Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for your points to be visible in your MyDeal account.

With issues for the following:

• • I did not receive points with my order

  • I received an incorrect amount of points

**If you are experiencing issues with your Everyday Rewards points after purchase, please check to make sure that you have successfully linked your account.

**If you have not yet linked your account you will need to link your Everyday Rewards account, you can do this by following the instructions above.

**If you have linked your Everyday Rewards account and are experiencing issues with your points after purchase please get in touch with the Everyday Rewards team.

• Do my MyDeal account details need to match my Everyday Rewards account details?

No. You can provide the Everyday Rewards account details of any member, provided you have their consent to do so. Please ensure you provide the correct Everyday Rewards card number.

• Can I provide a temporary Everyday Rewards card number?

No. Only a registered Everyday Rewards card number can be provided in order to link your MyDeal and Everyday Rewards accounts and collect points on your eligible MyDeal purchases. If you have a temporary card, please register your card to begin enjoying more from Everyday Rewards and MyDeal.

• Does Everyday Rewards share any of my personal information with MyDeal?

Everyday Rewards will let MyDeal know whether the Everyday Rewards card number you provided when you linked your account is valid, as well as whether you qualify for any additional exclusive Everyday Rewards points offers in connection with your MyDeal account and how many points you have collected under such offers. 

Everyday Rewards will also let MyDeal know when the Everyday Rewards points to which you have become entitled in connection with your eligible MyDeal purchases or otherwise in connection with MyDeal have been added to your Everyday Rewards account. 

If you unlink your accounts, Everyday Rewards will also confirm to MyDeal that your Everyday Rewards account has been unlinked from your MyDeal account.

• How do I enjoy my Everyday Rewards dollars?

If your Everyday Rewards card is linked to your MyDeal account, you have the option to enjoy your Everyday Rewards dollars when you checkout. 

 

To check if your Everyday Rewards card is linked to your MyDeal account::

1. Create a MyDeal account or Login to MyDeal

2. Select 'My Account' in the top right corner, scroll down to Everyday Rewards

3. Click ‘Link card’

4. Register your card by entering the 13-digit number on the back

5. Follow the prompts to log into your Everyday Rewards account

6. A One Time Code will be sent to your phone or email. Enter this code and select “Verify”

You will see your total Everyday Rewards dollars next to the Everyday Rewards Card.

If you have $10 Everyday Rewards dollars or more, you can apply your Everyday Rewards dollars at checkout. If you have more than $10 Everyday Rewards dollars, you will be asked to select from the drop down how much you would like to use, in increments of $10 off.

 

To enjoy all your Everyday Rewards dollars, your order total must cost the same, or more than, the amount in your balance. For example, if your Everyday Rewards dollars balance is $20 and you spend $18 on eligible purchases, you'll get $10 off. However, if your balance is $20 and you spend $28 in on eligible purchases, you'll get $20 off.

Excludes some products.

• Can I get a refund on an order I enjoyed Everyday Rewards dollars on?
  

Yes, you can receive a refund for orders paid with Everyday Rewards dollars. However, The amount paid with Everyday Rewards dollars will be refunded to you as in the form of MyDeal store credit. Store credit is applied to your MyDeal account and can be used towards future purchases on MyDeal before the expiry date. Available store credit can be applied to your order during checkout. Store credit is valid for 1 year.

Collect Everyday Rewards points

Use Everyday Rewards dollars

Everyday Rewards dollars can be redeemed in increments of $10 only. To redeem your Everyday Rewards dollars, you must spend at least $10 online at MyDeal*, excluding gift cards, liquor products and smoking products. If your redemption choice is Automatic savings, your savings are available to enjoy at any time. 

If your Rewards Choice is Bank for Christmas, your Everyday Rewards dollars saved through Bank for Christmas are available to enjoy between 12:01 am (local time) 13/11/2023 and 11:55 pm (local time) 31/12/2023 once unlocked.
