We understand that you may need to close your MyDeal account.
If you proceed with closing your MyDeal account, you will no longer have access to:
- View your Order History (including invoices, returns, and refunds)
You may want to download any invoices relating to your MyDeal purchases before you close your account. - View your Account History (including personal information, linked accounts, and credit card information)
- Collect Everyday Rewards points if your account is linked
Before closing your account, please consider contacting our Customer Support team to see if we can resolve any issues you may have.
Closing your account is permanent
Once your account has been closed, it can not be restored. Please download any invoices relating to your MyDeal purchases before you close your account. MyDeal may retain a record of your request and our response. We may also retain some personal data as listed in our Privacy Policy.
If you wish to make any future purchases with MyDeal, you will need to create a new account.
How to close your MyDeal account:
On a web browser:
- Log into your MyDeal Account
- Click on the My Account icon then My Details
- Click on Security
- Click on Close Account and follow the prompts
On the MyDeal app:
- Log into your MyDeal Account
- Tap on My Account
- Tap on Delete Account and follow the prompts
