If you wish to delete your MyDeal account, please follow these steps:
- Raise a Request Here.
- Select Request Type: Choose "Account enquiries" followed by “other account issues” from the dropdown menu.
- Provide Details: Fill out the form with your name, registered email address, and any additional relevant information.
- Submit: Click the "Submit" button to send your account deletion request to our support team.
Once received, our team will process your request within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
Please note that deleting your account is irreversible. All associated data, including personal information and order history, will be permanently removed from our systems.
