We understand that life can get busy, and you may not always be available to receive your deliveries in person. 

We regret to inform you that we are unable to guarantee "Authority to Leave" as the final decision lies with the seller, who must provide their confirmation for this delivery option. As even if the order has the status of Pending, the seller still may have dispatched it. 

• We require that you contact the seller to confirm by submitting an enquiry through your MyDeal Account under the My Purchases page and clicking the Need Help button next to the ordered concern.

Please note that MyDeal or the seller will not be liable if the parcel goes missing if the customer has requested ATL.
