Previously, some customers may have purchased a MyDeal gift card during the time it was available on our platform. If my purchase got refunded and have used a gift card, how will I know if the gift card has been refunded back?

When a refund is issued for a purchase made with a gift card, the refunded amount is typically credited back to the original gift card. To check if your gift card has been refunded, you may check your balance at giftcards.mydeal.com.au/checkbalance. Sometimes, the refund may take a few business days to be processed and appear on your gift card.
