How do I raise an enquiry for my order? (returns, tracking, faults, refunds)
The process for getting support is quick and simple. You will need your Order ID and the email address used for the purchase.
- Find Your Order ID: Locate your Order ID in the original Order Confirmation Email (please check your junk or spam folder).

Go to the Track Order Page: Click on the dedicated support link:
https://www.mydeal.com.au/account/trackorder - Enter Your Details: Input the Order ID and the Email Address used for the order.
- Submit Your Enquiry: Once your order loads, click the "Order Help" button next to the item to open a support ticket with the seller.
The seller will receive your enquiry and will be in touch with you via email to resolve the issue.
